Terms of Service

1. The service

Gaia Computer Technologies, Inc. provides an AI-assisted design platform for architects and designers. The platform includes image generation, agent-assisted research, and a personalised intelligence layer ("the Service").

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at daan@gaia.computer if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account per person. Do not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.

3. Credits and billing

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate images or use certain platform features. Your credit balance is displayed in your account.

Gaia Pro includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if it is not right for you within the first 7 days of a new subscription, email daan@gaia.computer and we will refund that payment in full. Beyond that window, credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Each billing period, an active Pro subscription is topped up to its monthly credit pool. One-time credit top-ups do not expire.

If you believe a credit deduction was in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Gaia for lawful professional and personal design work. You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training data from the platform
• Use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent
• Share access credentials or resell credits
• Circumvent rate limits or credit checks through technical means
• Upload materials you do not have the right to use

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of images you generate and materials you upload. You grant Gaia a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

We will never use your design work to train shared models or display it to other users without your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Gaia platform, including its interface, agent personalities, and underlying models, is the intellectual property of Gaia Computer Technologies, Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these terms.

7. AI-generated content

Gaia uses large language models and image generation models. Outputs may be imprecise, inconsistent, or reflect the limitations of underlying models. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use in professional contexts.

Gaia does not provide licensed professional advice (architectural, legal, structural, or otherwise). All outputs are informational and require professional review.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Significant changes to paid features will come with at least 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gaia's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
