Gaia is built on a simple principle: your design work is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Gaia Computer Technologies, Inc. ("Gaia", "we", "us") operates the Gaia platform at gaia.computer. For questions about this policy, contact us at daan@gaia.computer.
When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not collect your name unless you provide it.
Images you generate, prompts you write, and reference materials you upload are stored in your private namespace. They are never used to train shared models or shown to other users.
We collect standard usage telemetry (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the product. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual design decisions.
When Gaia learns your preferences — aesthetic vocabulary, project types, material preferences — these are stored as structured memory entries in your account. You can view, edit, or delete them at any time from your profile.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details. We receive a confirmation of purchase and your subscription status.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your design work for advertising.
You can, at any time:
To exercise any of these rights, email daan@gaia.computer or use the controls in your profile.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore and Firebase Storage) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to you and, for operational purposes, Gaia engineers under strict access controls.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
